To Round or Not To Round?

Lately I have been producing more and more business cards with rounded corners... Gives a touch of class to an already very classy business card design. Recently, when I proposed rounded to corners to a long time client, he made me realize one more fun feature when he said: "They slip even easier into a potential clients pocket." Nice.

I am lucky enough to have this corner rounding machine at my disposal and because it's just so cool, I don't even charge for the time it takes me to round the corners of each and every single card. I'm not aware of any automated machine that can do this job so here 's a pic, just to show you what is invloved in getting the job done:

Brute force! Place, cut, place, cut, place, cut, place cut.. Ta Da! Round corners.

So... This being said, whenever you decide to have your next business card made, keep in mind that rounded corners is a really nice add-on and sets it apart from all the rest.
