About the mining industry

The search for critical minerals is on the rise, with many projects being implemented to leverage opportunities resulting from a global context of decarbonization.

As a result: the demand for the technical resources required to support these projects has also increased.

Consequently, these technical resources are becoming increasingly rare. This new market reality means that some projects will experience delays and even miss their windows of opportunity. It is therefore essential that mining companies define their needs and objectives internally in order to hire the right technical resources at the right time in an efficient, productive way.
